Mcdonald's - Moore

GO TO CHICK-FIL-A!!! Waited forever in the drivethrough. I could see at least five employees including the manager. I specifically asked if they had a certain pie, there was a delay...and then a YES. I wait three more days to pay and then a few more hours to get to the pickup window. Where they inform me that they actually don't have the pie and that they are forcing me to take a different flavor. I didn't want that, but I also didn't want the people in cars behind me that were probably running out of petrol to have to die of thirst and starvation while the inepts tried to fix up a refund. I just took what THEY wanted me to have and drove off with fries ? they had to have put in the bag at the initial time of my order(a few hours prior). Mcnasties has THE WORST cold fries in human history, and you get this 9/10 times. How can the fries be so cold and disgusting after waiting so long??? I don't even know why I still try. Just go to Chick-fil-A!!!

Was told the soda machine was not working, drinks they did have they up charged the price, did not know this until I got home. The only reason I went to this place was that it was the only thing open at the time.

The fries were hot, the McDouble was not great. The drive thru was fast.

Grabbed some nuggets was in a hurry. They were actually fresh for once.

The place is almosted totally automated, so there is no customer service to speak of. The rest is the cookie cutter approach to McDonald's. The burgers are diffently made on an assembly line, maybe the same Henry Ford used in 1909...
