What a nice place to relax, eat pizza and the children runs area and enjoying themselves. There are play areas in an out of the hotel. Friendly staff and nice people. Good value for money lunch menu. Liked the wood fired pizzas. Will help to sweep the pizza oven now and then before use, to prevent the large patches of burned ash on the pizza sides. Food drinks: Value for money. Good pub lunch options.

Home away from home in the Midlands. The staff and owners are welcoming and accomodating. We had a lovely breakfast every day and the pizza and battered fish and chips are the best. Lovely get away from Durban, close to all the popular restaurants in Nottingham rd. The rooms are newly renovated and serviced daily. Cosy dining room, lounge and bar as well as live entertainment. Family friendly. Couldn't ask for more at this price. Rooms: Very clean and charming. Each comes with it's own theme. I stayed in the Safari room. Nearby activities: Close to the cheese factory and Nottingham Rd. Beautiful trails and many other activities. Safety: Safe parking and felt safe in general. Food drinks: The menu is mainly pub food but tasty and very reasonably priced.
