I recently visited Panchratna International Hotel Mudbidri, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delayed food service was highly inconvenient, with no apparent effort from the staff to expedite the process. The level of irresponsibility displayed by the staff was disheartening, and their rude serving style only added to the overall disappointment. It is evident that the management needs to address these issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience. Totally not worth it. Service: 1

The most horrible experience ever. I booked for 2 nights. I asked for an iron box to iron my clothes, I would call them every 1 hour and they would say they are providing but never did. Later (after 4 such attempts) I went to the reception and I was told that the iron box is given to some room and the hotel didn't know which room it was. I requested for iron box on day 2 and they were still unable to trace their only iron box. On the second day I left the key at the reception at about 2 PM and requested for proper housekeeping I returned to the hotel at midnight (after a family function) only to discover that the room was not clean. I went to the reception again and he conveniently told me that they did the cleaning but only didn't change the bedsheets. I had to take the reception person to the room and personally show the used towels were at the same location and also show the water stains in the toilet that proved that no one had done any cleaning. I booked the suit Room 109 supposedly the best room they have. It overlooked a dump. Please don't consider this place come what may! Service: 1

Horrible experience. The reception person kept calling at 7 am in the morning for payment despite going the previous night for clearing payment. Bathroom and room is worth 500 Rs .exorbitant charge for the quality offered and the service staff extremely rude Better to stay in a hotel with lower price atleast there won't be much expectation Please stay away Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

ONE OF THE BEST HOUSE KEEPING DEPARTMENT. I THANK TO THAT ONE BOY HE COMES TO WORK AS PART TIME AND HE IS EXPERT IN EVERY THING RELATED TO ROOMS. I WAS IN ROOM NO 217 AND THE QUICKLY RESPONSE ARE SHOWN BY HOUSEKEEPING DEPT THANKS A LOT. Service: 5
