Chili's Grill - Montville

My waiter was wonderful. She did everything she was supposed to. It was the kitchen who undercooked my friend's Burger after she explicitly told them. 2 make it well done, even showed us on our receipt.So the service. Three stars are for the kitchen other than that great time

It's a little cold in the restaurant but otherwise great food and great service.

The steak full of gravy is delicious, and it feels great to melt in your mouth with one bite!The oily but not greasy steak really wants to eat another one.

Always a good relaxing time for a date,grabbing a drink at the bar,watching sports or takeout. Foods good,nice selection, friendly wait staff.Kid-friendliness: Have no problem brings kids

Always slow .Taking your drink order 5 minutes your drinks arrive.Paying bill waiting 5 mins or so to get your change .Waitress always friendly but slow .If you haven't been in the restaurant business customer service field you do not understand !!!!
