Fleur de Pains - Montreux

Breakfast here a few times during my stay in Montreux. Soaked paninis and rolls were tasty and right to start the day. Service was friendly and efficient. The 2 depicted meals each cost CHF 16-20.

Not sure what the hang up is with the local customers leaving reviews? My wife and I loved this place for a quick morning bite directly across from the train station entrance a unique cafe, very affordable, selling great quality pastries, viennoiseries, panini...offering an intimate atmosphere and on point espresso based coffee and premium tea selection. What else can you ask for?

Zum Frühstücken waren wir hier. Den Kaffee gibt's per Self Service zu trotzdem noch stolzen Preisen. Das Käseküchlein war nach dem Aufwärmen maximal lauwarm und der Boden matschig. Super dafür das Bircher Müsli. Frühstücken lässt sich in Montreux besser...

The croissants are ok, but sandwiches and cakes have an industrial taste. The bread for the soft sandwiches has a strange consistency that is not good. The ration bread/filling is terrible not enough ham etc. Only bread with bread.

This small bakery is nothing beautiful, but has a wide selection of pastries from mini fish to croissants. It is the perfect pit stop to go something before you take the train in Garr de Montreux. The staff is friendly and thank you, the bathroom... is clean!
