Tango Restaurant grill Argentin

My wife and I ate here on the last night in Montreux for our honeymoon. On the trip, we are at restaurants all over Switzerland (Lucerne, Interlaken, Wengen and many were very good, but this topped them all. We’re also from Dallas and we know good steak. This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We started with the AMAZING beef empanadas. What a treat, so flavorful! Do. Not. Skip! For the main, my wife had the filet called the Lomo and she raved over it. I had the Bife de Chorizo and it was equally as mouth watering. This place can cook BEEF! The Argentinian Malbec recommended was also perfect for the meal. This meal has me wanting to visit Argentina, it was so good. The owner/chef was so welcoming. It felt like we were in his home. He came to the table to check on us and everyone else in the restaurant. His son was our server and was very enthusiastic and gracious and surprisingly astute and knowledgeable about everything in the restaurant for one so young (recently 19! This was obviously a labor of love for them as well as their business. If you find yourself in Montreux, don’t miss TANGO!
