Service to the top. Food and poor drink. Cocktails: overall ok. Attention to stomach burns for some. Food: steak tartare really not terrible. It lacks seasoning and the meat is pasty, clearly not cut to the knife or chopped “at the mouth”. It seems to be simply spent in a blender. The fries were not crispy on the outside, too firm and dry on the inside; A longer cooking would not hurt. I do not understand the general rating of 4.3/5. Maybe pizza is better? Bonus: pizza dough falls are used as bread served at the table. I felt a slight taste of olive oil and garlic so it was really good! An anti-waste gesture that I appreciate (and it was really tasteful).

The service was excellent and I like the appearance and atmosphere of the place. It's nice to have cheap beer. Apart from that, my experience was pretty bad. Food : 2/5 Our fries were very insufficiently cooked. Some of them were cold and hard inside. It would have taken them at least 3 to 5 minutes more. The tartar was fade and pasty. There was no chewing and more like a dough. Even the salt mill we were given did not function properly and produced hardly salt. The Beef Coast and the bone marrow were good however. Nothing extraordinary, but cooked as I ordered and accompanied with a tasty sauce. The entrance was tasty, even if the egg yolk was too cooked. If I come back, I'll try pizza hoping it'll be better.
