Bidra med feedbackDisappointed with Open table Les 400 Coup! Through Open table made a reservation for May 19, 2018. Received 2 confirmations from Open Table , one actually on the 19th. Went to the restaurant for a 6:30 pm reservation, to find out the restaurant had been CLOSED! Called the Les 400 Coup phone number, where their phone message was still listing hours of operation! Total disappointment had to scramble to get a reservation elsewhere. THIS TIME FOR SURE DID NOT USE OPEN TABLE TO MAKE THAT RESERVATION !
Made a reservation for Friday night earlier on in the week for 2 flew into Montreal for the long weekend resturant was not open due to electrical issues... shouldn’t be active on OpenTable until the resturant reopens had to scramble to find another resturant on a busy Friday night
Arrived at Les 400 Coups to a note on the door saying the restaurant was closed for electrical problems. Would have been considerate to get a message or email before trekking over there! (Also may have given us more time to make another reservation, as we were only in Montreal for a few days and celebrating a friend 's birthday. Honestly 1 star is only for the lack of consideration, but as we never got into the restaurant or tasted the food and a star rating is required that seems fair.
Sooooo amazed by the Maitaki. The ambiance was nothing special and we thought our group had the wrong place when we walked in. Then....Each and every one of us was literally floored by how fantastic the food was. Truly memorable. Deserves a Michelin star
Great restaurant. Cozy, but yet elevated setting. Service could’ve been a bit more personable and welcoming but it wasn’t terrible. Myself and my significant other had ordered the 75$ tasting menu. Delicious food! Would recommend! Loved every single dish EXCEPT for the dessert. We were served a spicy chocolate truffle. Don’t get me wrong. I love spicy food but with main meals. As a dessert not so much.
