We really enjoy this place! eating is adventurous, local, seasonal and good, the service excellent. we were there for lunch on Sunday, it's quite quiet, as there are people who can snack through the way. no loud music and sound levels allow entertainment. the view from the window into the atrium is beautiful.

Amazing food exceeded our expectations, even though we knew that food museum restaurants is supposed to be good. We loved the light, airy ambiance. The only thing that disappointed us was service: the waitress was totally disengaged and inattentive; there was only one other table taken at the restaurant, so no excuse for not bringing water, and definitely no excuse for being short with us.

Always a good choice for a great lunch and where you can actually have a conversation. Service and food are great, the ambiance is calm and there's no need to shout to be heard by your dining partner. A treat!

The salmon tartar contained too many black grains? and the salmon taste was lost among the seasonings. The salad was good and the tarte Tatin.
