I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend.Emplacement visible and easy to find. warm welcome.But mostly Vietnamese dishes typical of the north: nam with crabs, "long mam tôm" (abats shrimp sauce) , etc. we brought our own bottles of Chilean wine to accompany the dishes. Excellent!

We go to Ho Guom almost every week. If you want a real traditional Vietnamese foods, this is the right place. The restaurant is clean. The foods, vegetables and the presentation are highest standard. Excellent on every aspect.

Lately, I returned to eat at this restaurant for the 3rd time because the food is good, though a little more expensive than in other Vietnamese restaurants. However, it is important to know that the service is long. the first time I went there, there was only me as a client and I found a little curious, that the waiters would order pizza to dine! he's a friendly young Asian, but he doesn't understand the French who served me. the second time it was an Asian young lady who appeared more experienced to me but it didn't add anything to the waiting length of my dish. The third time, it was the same young Asian who served me as he had already done the first time I went there. and this time I took care to inform him that I had little time to eat. during the preparation of my order, I noticed that he's looking busy behind the counter. Seeing that the preparation time was going on, I had to give him a sign so he could come to my table, and not only once! when he finally served me order, unfortunately I found that there was a black hair in my main dish and I'm blonde? What surprised me the most is that when I showed him to the young waiter, he didn't bite me! curiously, I had to ask him to return the plate! this has extended the waiting period again. On the return with the dish, the waiter informed me that the cook had agreed to do it again! I wondered if he thought he was giving me a privilege? By the way, I have to specify that the seafood plate jumped although it contained a lot of vegetables, there was seafood compared to other similar dishes in other Vietnamese restaurants, but it was good. Last time I was patient, I'm not going back.

Vietnamese specialties, very large plates, very good and cheap. cleanliness and impeccable service. Very satisfied.
