Bidra med feedbackI was really disappointed I work in the shopping center, I get my PETIT Hot Chocolate for $3 EVERY DAY. I arrived today and saw that it had increased by $4.99 FOR A SMALL HOT CHOCOLATE I ASKED WHAT WAS HAPPENING AT THE CASHIER, SHE STARTED LAUGHING and she said to me “it was always like that” I said “ It 's false, I come here every day. Really unpleasant service.
Friendly customer service. They were willing to check their oatmilk's ingredients for my allergens. The flavouring they use for their salted caramel coffee is my favourite so far, and the size was the biggest I've gotten for 5 dollars. Would recommend.
I took the cajun sandwich and it was not good quality and a small limonade for 13$ ?? that’s too much the sandwich was very small too the quality of their products is not great compared to their prices !!! especially for
The stars are awarded based on the exceptional quality of the food, the formulas adapted for rapid service, and the waitress of remarkable kindness and professionalism whom I had the pleasure of meeting this summer. My desire to return was mainly due to its excellent service.However, no stars can be given for the service experience I had this morning. It is rare to encounter such nonchalance in customer service. The gentleman in charge was obviously unfriendly, giving the impression that we were bothering him. Additionally, the items on the invoice were not what we ordered (and I'm not picky). This clearly altered my experience. I don't plan on returning if I risk being served by this person, as such a level of customer service is just plain unpleasant.
Literally a 20 minute wait because they won't pay more than 1 employee on a Sunday morning.
