Kofi Crêpe - Montréal

After the late lunch in Schwartz, my wife and I went around looking for Dessert. Kofi Crepe's Merengue-Nutella Crepe met the point!!!????

Where do I start? The staff was really nice. But the food was terrible. The glasses we were given appeared dirty; They could see lip stains on one of the glasses. I ordered the avocado toast with egg, onion and tomatoes $12) and I could literally make it home. The plate looked so big and I was served 1 slice Toast Lol with Guacamole that I know she just bought from the store, NOT Avocado! Overall, the presentation was not it. My friend ordered the classic breakfast with scrambled eggs, she received sunny side egg; we had to return the record. In any case, do not recommend going there. Please do not note that the staff is responsible. They're just doing the way they are? I said.

After reading the reviews before leaving, I was skeptical but unfortunately, the bad and slow service turned out to be true. We waited a long time to place our order and then waited over an hour for our food and a crepe. The "deluxe" dish was missing several meat items and the coffee that was supposed to come with it never arrived. The crepe was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while. Overall, it was a terrible experience and several other customers left while we were there. It's a shame we couldn't do the same after already placing our order. The owner/manager really needs to take these reviews seriously and find a solution.

I understand that there is a lack of personnel in Canada, but we came here last year and our experience was great, but this time it was a completely different service. We sat down and I asked the male server if I had to order at the counter or if we order at the table, and was told that we have a seat and we would be helped. 15 minutes later we were brought menus. Finally, after we pay attention to the female servers we placed our order. 3 crepes, 2 orange juice and a coffee. It took half an hour (I saw the clock) to get out for orange juice and coffee. The female server had time to eat for itself, but it took 45 minutes to get out for our food, and 2/3 orders came wrong, and the other had no taste. Also the glass on the table was cracked and my father cut his hand on the corner of the table. Bathrooms were also made of toilet paper and soap and when we reported that, we said they would deal with it later. A few who sat in front of us brought the wrong eggs out and finished their meal until the right eggs had only begun. I brought my parents here after my great experience last year, but wow, probably the worst service I had for years. Only what this was on a 1 star and not 0 was the freshly pressed orange juice, was somewhat above average.

Terrible experience. Restaurant not busy. The male server took our order then came back 20 minutes later to take our order again. A table of 5 sat behind us after us and got their order before us. (They actually put one of the plates from the table of 5 infront of me before I told them no it's for them behind me). My boyfriend and I ordered the deluxe breakfast scrambled eggs and NO beans. We finally get our breakfast and it's barely sunny side up with beans and MOLDY Fruit. Sausage was hotdogs? I will never recommend this resturant to anyone. Terrible service and terrible food standards.
