I Sushi - Montréal

A dandy place to have Sushi for lunch or take-out. It's on the edge of Old Montreal right near Victoria Square. Fine friendly folks run the place and appetizin' Sushi is to be had at a decent price. The setting is small and not too...fancy but modern and practical where it counts. I have become addicted and my appetite has been dragging me there a few times a week with no end in sight.

The best Banh mi in Montreal, hands down. The BBQ pork and chicken are must-tries. The service is quick, so you can grab your sandwich and be on your way in no time.

The sushi at this restaurant is of very high quality compared to typical chain options. Don't be discouraged by the long lines that can form in the summer months. The service is quick as most dishes are already prepared in the grab-and-go section. The prices are reasonable, similar to what you would pay at a sushi restaurant for a refined meal. There are plenty of lunch options nearby, such as Place Riopelle, Square Victoria, or the small park behind St-Patrick Basilica.

We thought the food was just like that. The whole sushi tasted like us! Not much taste. But fast and easy to take off.

I decided to try this restaurant when I found out they offer poke bowls, as it is conveniently located near my office. I was not impressed with their sushi options, as I prefer to get sushi from a different place. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their Poke bowls. The tartar was amazing and made with the freshest ingredients such as mango, edamame, avocado, and pickled radish. You will not be disappointed with their Poke bowl.
