Bidra med feedbackI recently visited Dosa Pointe for her lamb biryani (produced Hyderabadi style and I must say it was quite tasteful. What really distinguishes is that it even comes with a salad (a spicy Gravy sauce that none of the Hyderabad/South Indian restaurants in...Montreal offer with their Biryanis. Your menu has an extensive list of Dosa preparation (South Indian pancakes to your imagination... including meat dosa preparations! I'm not sure if this is common in India... so this is definitely a unique opportunity to try! In addition to Dosas, they also offer Indian Chinese dishes such as Chicken Manchurian . I have tried their Dosas and South Indian appetizers in the past; I remember that they are very well done, and hope it is the same situation today. Since it is the only South Indian restaurant in Park Extension, I would recommend visiting Dosa Pointe at least once. Prices are reasonable
You have a phone, but never answer. You don't have a menu. But have two addresses. Starnge! I think I have to go personally to eat there, after a long wait, as some reviews suggest. Wait for my next reprot!
Last week I visited with my friends, that was a great experience for me. Delicious food, excellent service. There is a waiting list that I think it is worth eating excellent food.
I went on the 6th. December 2019 to Dosa Pointe. we went to Montreal to play in the CAN-AM hockey tournament. My family is pure vegetarian, we chose South Indian dishes, Dosa Pointe did not disappoint us. Your service is very good as the person... commands often bend as if she has a private conversation with us. It is a nice gesture on her part, as tables are arranged very closely and we feel that we can ask all the questions we have without restraint. Both children asked her a few questions and we ordered 4 different dosa for the family meal. I also tried her Dahi vada, which is one of the favorite foods. I saw a lot of people when we visited it and most of them shared wonderful feedback. I visited the restaurant again the next day when I became DOSA Pointe FAN and tasted her food brilliantly. I wish we had a restaurant in the United States that meets the quality and prices offered by Dosa Pointe. The only way for them is to change the decor of the restaurant as it feels like a temple.
Have been visiting them for almost 1 year, but off late their success has gone into their heads and they don't know how to treat customers. They have the audacity to tell customers to get out, just because they are asking for a table again...after seeing that people those came after then are being seated. Waiting is normal thing with restaurant, but now their customer service has gone down to dogs. They shout at their costumes and ask them to leave because they feel they don't need them.
