Bidra med feedbackWaitress very attentive and friendly. Great value. Good fish and chips. Saw a mouse running twice same mouse or 2 mice? Yuck
I have eaten here with one other person and with a large group and the level of service is always good. There is a wide variety of food choices and all are Pub Food in terms of amount and fare. The only problem I have with this pub is that the men 's toilets are grubby. The same owner has Le Manoir and the toilets there are spotless and they all work. The paper, in this property, to wipe your hands sits on the sink getting wet and is never in the paper unit on the wall. Other than that the staff are all great and the food is good.
Le Res offers affordable breakfast options. The speed of service may vary depending on who is serving you, but the price is definitely worth it!
I have been going to this local bub for around 40 years and seen expansions as well a changes of ownership. This is my first visit since there has been a new owner and we noticed a change for the better in the kitchen. The service has always been good and remains so. The brasserie is pleasant and always clean. I had corned beef and cabbage which was very good and my wife rated her club sandwich as better than average.
Every Sunday around noon, I gather with a group of 4 to 14 people for breakfast or lunch at this restaurant. We always receive excellent service and reasonable prices. Our regular server knows us all and has coffee or tea waiting for us as soon as we sit down. The wheelchair access in winter is not ideal, as it requires some effort to navigate through the snow to one of the two doors. However, once inside, everything is great!
