I loved this restaurant. Everything is built from a plant base.. different types of menus including vegan, ovo-lacto and animal protein (it’s good if you want to share a moment with people not vegies/veganes) So expensive restaurant

It was such a good experience to have a full vegan menu at this Michelin star restaurant, where I just chose the vegan menu and didn't have to worry about anything. A rare thing in France. Everything was just delicious, and at times surprising, as can be expected from a restaurant at this level. A must try restaurant for upscale experience. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-14

Gastronomic restaurant, subtlety of tastes, discovery and enhancement of ingredients

Excellent discovery on Montpellier. Good balance of flavors for the tasting menu. The chef plays with seasonal products to bring us into an amazing gustative journey. The star is widely deserved.
