Amelie Crepes Factory - Montpellier

When we arrived there, the girl who was out there was not welcome at all! she wiped the half of the table with a time, it was dirty! she came to our order 20mins after we sat, she was not friendly! we sat 15mins more. waiting for our crepes, we asked them what happened and she told us: "Yes, now I bring them, I didn't have time to go into them." When we finally got them, they were cold and heavy to eat. we called her, tell her that they are cold and heavy to eat and she just said, "ah put" and she went! not even it is sorry or changes! at the end we had to pay the mistake of her! terrible personal! I would also like to point out that from the table next to us 3 groups sat and left because someone went there welcome them!

Last year, and again visited this year. we all had cafe gourmande, consisting of two small pancakes with caramel sauce, a small crèpe with nuts, sommer obst compôte and an espresso coffee dishes. beautiful, even who did not enjoy puddings. it was busy as usual. unfortunately we did not get the carafe of the water we also demanded. it was busy.

I stopped a coffee here. politically, we could order drinks, but if we wish food orders food service would be another 20 minutes. we also got menu cards, good tactics! we enjoyed our drinks then decided to order from the menu as we had a nice place outside in the shadow. our girls ordered from the war basket, but we had the formula. €9.90 for day galette and either a coffee or dessert. Delicious, freshly prepared, good courtesy service. table area outside is a bit cramped as soon as it is busy. I noticed a bit jockeying for the room for some tables. the interieur was clean and attractive toilets were also clean. I noticed that other restaurants in their al-Fresko areas had cooled water vapor points, it would have been nice that those close to us were very warm. I'd like to go back.

Bonne crêpe Barbecue. Cadre sympathique, nous étions aussi sur un sofa à l'entrée. Confortable bien qu'un peu usé. Les serveurs sont agréables et prennent la commande rapidement. Environ 17€ par personne pour un menu d'une galette et d'une crêpe, avec une boisson.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h15 pour prendre un verre, un petit moment après on nous a porté la carte nous avons décidé de prendre une boisson et une crêpe chacun nous étions 4. 30 minutes après on nous a porté les boissons et vers 18h10 enfin les crêpes. Inadmissible les serveurs ne savent plus où ils en sont on nous a porté 3 fois des boissons qui n'étaient pas pour notre table. Et cela a continué même pour le paiement .. inadmissible 1h15 pour prendre une boisson et une crêpe. La crêpe était quand même bonne.
