I recently visited Vermont and stopped at the Skinny Pancake in Montpelier for a light meal. It was my second visit to this restaurant.
Lovely little crepe restaurant in Montpelier. It's on the smaller side and we didn't have reservations, but they were able to seat us. Just like most breakfast spots, our food arrived promptly.
