Trattoria Borgo - MONTICELLI BRUSATI

Ho fatto una pausa in questo ristorante per un pranzo di lavoro veloce. Ho apprezzato molto i piatti, soprattutto le mafalde di zucca, e ho trovato il rapporto qualità/prezzo del menu per mezzogiorno molto conveniente.

Eat is good, we enjoyed it. Nevertheless, they did not consider that we were coming with 3 young children (5-7y) and served only full portions (even if we asked child portions) and counted the full price for them. result: 170 euro for 2 parents and 3...young children, for a small starter, a main dish and a few drinks.

Typical Italian workers lunchtime. the prices are €15. wein, water and coffee are included. they get two fine-made piattis.

At a conference in Italy last week in a beautiful weinberg with self-catering accomodation. I had decided for an additional day and dined in the neighboring trattoria borgo. excellent eating and excellent but very cheap wein. started with salata de...frutti di mare, then an excellent house made pasta dish followed by calf bone steak broken into mushrooms, finally dessert. 4 courses for only 44 euro. the wine card was on own weine or the one from the next door villa franciaforte, but excellently limited. I had a 2002 grandoni do villa franciaforte for 23 euro it would have been cheap at double price. the service was incredible and friendly, although there were only two other couples and I last went. from the beaten away, but it is worth, especially if they stay next door
