Bidra med feedbackI ordered a 10pc wing with cheeses. my meal did not come with a ranch, so when I went back and asked for a ranch “ Dederius” had a wise note and said: “I am sure they gave them a ranch, but I will give them another one “ sir, think they, I will come back here and ask if it was in the bag? are not rude to the customers as it is absolutely essential.
To preface, this meal was 40 dollars, for three 8 price wing meals, that’s drinks, wings and fries. The Louisiana rub wings were quite dry and a taste of char overpowered even the seasoning. The garlic park wings were also dry. The fries were slightly burnt but we’re still decent. The service was poor, the server was not prepared to take our order and we had to wait a good bit all the while the employee didn’t even think to ask “ how can I help you?” After breaking the silence the employe even had attitude. Along side this, the dining room was closed even with Covid having died down. We had to go sit in the car with no way of knowing when the food is ready.
1st the wings are dryer than the Sahara Desert, 2nd the fries are cold and hard like they cooked them the day before. Lastly the customer service is horrible! Called time after time to place an order and did not get an answer. When getting my food, the employees were on their phones and took forever to take my order. Any other Wingstop I went to had incredible service and the food was delicious. Get it together Montgomery Wingstop.
By far the worst wing stop I've ever been to. Hugely unprofessional and amateurish staff. The kitchen is blaring music so loud I actually had to almost scream to even place an order. Literally go anywhere else and you'll get better service. That being said, the food did come out correctly. However, the taste was absolutely subpar. The mild wings I got had zero flavor and everything was unbelievably greasy. The only thing that was on par with other wingstop locations was the fries. If you choose to come to this location, order online and take it to go so you have as little interaction with this staff and management as possible.
Walked into the restaurant to order a to-go order and they told me that we couldn't do that that we have to go online to place the order. Even though the restaurants dining area was open. Felt very uncomfortable like we were being racially profiled when we entered the restaurant. Several of the staff were just hanging around the front area and one was sitting on the counter when we first walked in and he was on his phone with a personal phone call. I gave the swing stop one star because I couldn't give it less. I just want to let everyone know my experience there and will never go back. I contacted Wing Stop corporate headquarters with my complaint and to this day they have never responded to me. Very poor customer service
