Bidra med feedbackThe young lady who took my order was so sweet and bubbly. Her name i believe was Rylie was so sweet. She took my order and it was perfect. The next 3 visits the subsequent order takers did every one of them wrong though I never deviated from my ordersaying exactly the same thing every time. I was charged more than before every time. How come? Not going back to thislocation. Really disappointed.
Pretty good location. Pick up isn't working for people waiting for orders. Not sure if it's an internal problem or if they're just refusing to bring it out. I think to give them the benefit of the doubt. Just read this so you're not waiting 10+minutes.
It's what to expect from a whataburger. Though could be cleaner. That one custodian about 7 years ago was outstanding and kept that place cleaner than a hospital. It makes a big difference when you see a restaurant pay so much attention to cleanliness. That custodian was really awesome, I'm sure he is somewhere right now being outstanding.
I picked up a large order through the drive-through, and everything was hot and fresh. The only minor issue was that the sandwiches didn't have any labels, which made it a bit tricky for my wife and me to figure out who got what. Overall, it was a very good experience!
I want to give a big shoutout to Doug, one of the managers, for ensuring that my wedding order was taken care of and that the delivery of 100 honey chicken biscuits arrived on time! It was a pleasure working with this location. Thank you so much!!
