Domino's Pizza - Montgomery

The store was very clean. The staff members were very friendly and willing to help me make the best decision for my order. Very quick service and the pizza was cooked just right and delicious.

Usually very fast delivery, but I order early in the evening, most of the time. So far, our food has always been hot and good. The delivery people have always been friendly, too. Their chicken is great, and so us their pizza.

For the first time in years they were backed up and kept customers waiting at the counter. I was disappointed to find my order incorrect when I got home after a really long and late day. Usually service is top notch!

I've escalated to the point in my life where I'm writing somewhat actual reviews. I don't know how I got here, but I will say this: Domino's is on the lower end of the pizza place ladder. Papa John's is where it's at. I adore Pizza Hut, too. Domino's is probably above something else, but I can't think of a worse pizza place right now. I've given Domino's my service countless times. Probably more so than any other pizza place on this earth. But, this place isn't all that great as a pizza place. There are better alternatives. I love this place, but I hate it. It's the duality of pizza.

I did not have any problems with my food; however, one that bothered me was one of the employees did not wash their hands after use the computer and phone. I believe that food safety is a must especially to the consumer health. Further, after the individual use the devices she put her hand in a container and beginning to nodded the pizza dough. Not to mention, customer service is a must when working fast food restaurants, so that our short term in the establishment was welcoming. Which this store did not have. When we as in customer come into a establishment we should feel welcomed and our service should matter beside a dollar amount we spend at your franchise.
