Conroe Lake House - Montgomery

It was decent on steak night. Learned that is closed for good because of a bitter divorce as has happened to the nearby Sam's Boat owner. It's probably for the best. Hope the next place is up to higher standards on food and service.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Went to lunch with some old friends today and our waitress Krissy was just perfect! She was knowledgeable about the menu when it came to our questions and she was super attentive to our table without overdoing it- absolutely fantastic!

Visited this place on Saturday and IS CLOSED!!!! We drove more than an hour and the place us under remodeling and it's ok but let us know here at gogle maps is the tool that all of us use to rech your place, please!!!! Is the best thing that you can do for your clients.....

Would give 0 stars if possible. Will not return.Sat us down after waiting. Took our order. Everything was going good. Got our drinks. Still good. Waited. Waited some more. No refills. About an hour passed, got a call asking if we're still waiting on a table...... No. We're already sitting down. Waiting for our food. Continued waiting. Still no refills since they came out. Waiter came and said they were short staffed, guess noone told management the pandemic was over and to reopen and rehire. Continued waiting. Hour and a half passed. Asked a manager what was going on, said he'd go check on the food...... STILL not even a refill. 1.5 hour old watered down Dr. Pepper it is then. Never heard back. We decided to just leave. We even had the chance to literally fall asleep, take a nap, and still no food.Never been to Conroe but decided to take my boat out at Conroe for the first time and this place literally ruined the entire trip.

Everything seemed great at first. Small wait time to be seated, nice servers, drinks were served promptly. Sadly, this was the only pleasant experience for the time spent here because my family and I were never attended after that. We placed our order and waited longer than one hour and a half with absolutely no service, no refills, no food. After we brought this to the managers attention we were once again unattended with no refills or food. The frustration caused us all to get up and leave. By the way I ordered nachos…
