I tipped my card on the floor in the hardboard and not even tried to pick it up. instead he closed the drive window. bad hire and customer service. eating was wrong and while he tried to check my food, he rushed me out of the drive by saying, "you eat is not right or some." Very good. after all, my eating was done wrong. I always deal with nice people at this place. he has to work on customer service, especially because I was nice to him.
I went on Saturday night at 8:30. the girl in the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I ordered and moved around behind two other cars. After 12 minutes, no one was moved, so I moved. this is the first time that this place has disappointed me. it is in the regular great service and good food.
Through the way. When I arrived, I noticed someone was in the window, so I knew they were open. but when I went to the loud redner, nobody said anything. I had to say something before someone reacted. in my experience of working in almost food when someone drives, they should realize that someone is there by mentioning that they will be a moment, not ignore them the customers.
It took one because to get the food, but it was excellent and the people were very nice. (another guy actually had to get a refund and go without eating because it took so long that his break was over! but the place was evil. it was empty when we left at 430 a.m., so there is no lively apology. the bathroom was rough. the ketchup container was empty. it was the soaking on the tresor when we arrived there, and it was still there when we left 45 minutes later. there were 2 clean tables at the whole place. in the meantime, the cashier leans over the counter that plays on her phone.
I came here for a late lunch and decided to come in instead of using the drive thru and I'm glad I did. The staff was very polite and hard working the environment was respectful and welcoming. The gentleman that took my order Chance was his name is a great edition to the environment. Thank you for a perfect experience at your restaurant.
