Made In Italo - MONTEROTONDO

Ask for a Nutella crepes and receive one with hazelnut cream with the horrible taste of discount cream! Chocolate as a topping practically! What really made me angry was hearing the boy say that he hadn 't put Nutella because otherwise I wouldn 't have paid 3.50 for it but more and that the quantity of product in the crepes would have been smaller! But do we do the math in our customers ' pockets? I asked for a Nutella crepes, period!!!! You have to ask the clt if he prefers the wonderful discount hazelnut to Nutella! he continued to argue and I expected him to say it 's okay ma 'am if you don 't like hazelnut, I 'll prepare it for you with Nutella but no, he was there to argue saying that that cream was good! Moral of the story, the boy walks away to calling its owner to ask if, after having rejected that crepe, he could prepare another one with Nutella. BUT WHAT ARE THE WAYS OF TEACHING THE WORK??? He brings me another crepes after 20 minutes with a slightly discount and slightly Nutella flavour. OBVIOUSLY WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MR ITALO AGAIN! GOOD FOR HIM THAT HE HAS MANY OTHER HAZELNUT LOVING CUSTOMERS!

Sitting behind the bar and warmly welcomed by the two barmen Luis and Massimo, we enjoyed a splendid breakfast.

Exceptional ice cream as well as croissants and pastries. Normal prices and high quality in the ingredients used for the exclusively artisanal delicacies, made by Italo himself in the internal laboratory.
