We once again enjoy coming to El Torito, although the brunch is pretty pricey these days, especially considering what we usually have. Our favorite waiter, Cres, was there so the service was excellent, as usual. The food was great, and we even saw some sea otters. All in all it was a great day.

My aunts 84 year le birthdate. The staff very warm and welcoming. I forgot to bring a candle and the staff didn’t have one but our server improvised by taking a tortilla strip and lighting that. Pro tip!

Absolute worst service I have ever received. Started with only a few of us getting the drinks we ordered. Only only 1 napkin per person. Appetizers came out with the meal (cold). No checking to see if we needed anything. No tortillas brought that came with the meal, Our entrees were cold. No drink refills. Food was OK. Oh and no toilet paper in any of the ladies stalls. When I brought it to their attention, they were in no hurry to resolve the issue. Sad thing, this was a birthday dinner. We didn't even stick around for dessert. First time in my life I left no tip.
