I experienced a mother's nightmare when visiting a McDonald's with my 11-year-old daughter. She painfully caught her finger in the door on our way to the restroom, causing it to bleed incessantly. In a panic, I rushed to the counter, seeking any kind of assistance for my frightened child. Heartbreakingly, I was told that they could only offer first aid to their staff members, leaving us helpless and alone in dealing with the situation.This response left me feeling deeply disappointed and abandoned at a moment when compassion and a helping hand were needed the most. It's a stark reminder of how vital genuine care and immediate support are in emergency situations, especially from places we frequent with our families, expecting safety and understanding.This incident didn't just result in a physical injury for my daughter; it was an emotionally scarring experience for us both, highlighting an area where empathy and human kindness should prevail. I'm sharing our story in the hope that it might encourage a broader conversation about how we can all be more supportive and prepared to help those in distress, no matter where we are

Being on the road a lot, we go to a bunch of different locations. This location, hands down, has the best people! Did a counter mobile order as we were traveling with a huge trailer. Finished the mobile order as we were parking. All it took was the time to walk across the lot and our food was already on the counter. I order a caramel frappe, but I really like all the caramel on the bottom the cup. I have to request this in person, usually before it 's made. Well, they 're quick here, so I didn 't get to ask before they made it. Darn. No problem! The gal behind the counter was so nice, she smiled and said, I 'll just remake it and she was genuine! Thank you!!

One the best McDucks around! Staff are attentive and well trained.
