The lobster tagliolini was the one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was faster than what I had expected, speaking from experience. The tiramisu was rich and wonderful. For a location in the middle of a town, frequented by many tourists, not only are the prices very reasonable, but the food is excellent. We ate here twice during a four night stay, once with pizza and grilled fish (both excellent), and on the last night, the traditional Tuscan fiorentine, a kilogram of T-bone steak, cooked rare, but as tender as a fillet, shared between my wife and I for the cost of a single steak in the UK. Desserts were pretty good too, and they allow doggies in the restaurant, which is nice for our 4 legged members of the family. Recommended. Very central place in Montecatini in the central square. Courteous and professional staff, with a cuisine that ranges from meat to fish, with many typical Tuscan specialties. The pizza is truly excellent, with different types of dough to satisfy everyone's tastes. Highly recommended for both lunch and dinner!
