Pizzoteca - Montecatini-terme

We've had an intention to just find a few interesting quick bites around Montecatini and wow what a gem we've found here! Staring at other people's tables we saw big wooden plates of salami, cheese and small portions of everything local and that's ehat we've asked for, it's a plate they make when you order aperitif and they make you an italian kind of meze with small pizza cuts, 2 kinds of salami, cheese, and so many small cut outs i cannot describe except that it was so delicious! 3e per person and 5e for Aperol, we've had a complete unintended dinner and a drink! Staff was very polite too, even if the local was overcrowded. We'll be back in next few days for sure!

The Napoli pizza was great. Only capers, mushrooms, added anchovies , sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Simple but great flavor. The crust was “burned” a bit as it typical, and a little thicker than normal. Nice sidewalk seating for people watching.

Ottimo cibo, non solo pizza, peraltro molto buona, in ambiente semplice, ma curato. Servizio attento e prezzo adeguato. In posizione strategica, ma non incasinata.

Pizze ... schiacciate veramente BUO_NIS_SI_ME .... il personale gentile ... e da' ottimi consigli a chi è indeciso ... prezzo nella norma ... Ci torneremo
