Sizzler - Montebello

It's been two years or more they closed this Sizzler in Montebello but I'm not sure it was very popular back them. Then they reopen Sizzler they improved many things in the restaurant. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Sizzler since they open they so many improvements looks better and nicer and thev food has gotten better.

It's been decade plus since I've been to a Sizzler and it was my first time at this Sizzler location. This location looks recently renovated as the interior and exterior was modern and based on other reviews, it looked like it had been closed prior for a period. The parking lot is a bit small but there is a valet available and families also tend to park in the neighboring residential area. Ordered the salad bar and I found the food to be quite fresh! There was a staff member continually cleaning up the area and replenishing with new items. The salad bar had lots of options although the chicken wings I remembered as a kid is replaced with chicken nuggets now. They still have the cheese toast! Prices seem very reasonable and I noticed there was even a line which speaks to how well Sizzler currently caters to this community.

So happy Sizzler is back! Service was great. Noticed that the Salad Bar is scaled back some. But the food is very good, I had steak and unlimited shrimp. Well l had such a good size portion of shrimp I didn't need to ask for seconds. Give it a try!

Reopening. Great atmosphere, clean and new set up. Self serve fountain drinks and good salad bar variety. Friendly wait staff. Customer restrooms available. Masks still required for entry.

Staff were great, server, table service, the problem I had was with meal. Chicken patty covered with ham on top with melted cheese. It looked and tasted. Frozen and microwave. What a new location with food that looked like a child could do in the microwave. I visited other viewers. This place was disappointing in food preparation.
