Subway - Montclair

The people serving you here are really disrespectful and don?t treat you with manners I been to other subways and trust me this is the worst costumer service is horrible ????

The low rating is due to difficulties with coupon acceptance at this Subway location. Customers must mention any coupons they have before placing their order to receive approval. The staff informed me that, in most cases, the owner does not accept buy-one-get-one coupons. On my most recent visit, the employees granted approval for my BOGO coupon but cautioned me to request approval beforehand in the future.

Breakfast is a great experience here! There's a wide variety of options on the menu, and everything is delicious!

I visited this location to order a BMT and arrived at 6:50 PM. The open sign was on, but the girl inside was sweeping and signaled that they were closed. The front door wasn't locked, so I opened it and asked if they typically closed at 7:00 PM. She informed me that they actually closed at 6:30 PM that day, depending on how busy they were. As I was leaving, a couple approached, and I informed them that the staff said they were closed. It might be helpful for them to post their hours clearly. Unfortunately, this Subway has lost a customer. I'm quite disappointed.
