Food was great but customer service was horrible! Last week, I walked in and the cashier (older Mexican lady) was on the phone (non work related) and ignored me. I was ready to order but her call was more important and had me waiting. When she was finally ready, she signs at me and points at the menu (she didn't talk cause she was still on the phone) she took awhile cause she wasn't focused and she seemed lost but her phone was still on her ear. After I order she walks away and continues her conversation. I wanted to know the price of a soda but I felt like I couldn't ask because I felt bad about interrupting her. After I got my food, I saw that they only gave me 1 salsa so I asked for more(she was still on the phone). When I got to my car I noticed they gave me the wrong salsa, I was over it at this point and just left. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I won't be coming back. And hopefully she wasn't the owner cause if it was shame on you.

Since the first time i came here this place has fallen off. customer service was rude the last few times i came and with the prices going up the food portions and quality have gone down. probably the last time i come here. Tortillas weren't even included with my plate this time that's what finally let me know to stop coming here. it used to be really good experience.

This place is so good! We aren't from here and we're actually driving down to San Diego but got hungry and decided to stop here. It's a small mom and pop shop and that's what makes the food so tasty. Every meal is cooked specially for you, it's made as it's ordered. The wait to have them serve you is a bit longer than usual placed but you won't mind once you take a bite! The customer service was exceptional. The young man at the register got everything just how I ordered and was very courteous. Highly recommend! The tacos gobernador and menudo rojo delish!! Thank you.
