The employees showed zero concern for the customers. I waited for 25 minutes while my food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. None of the employees bothered to call out the name and were all goofing off in the back. When I mentioned to an employee that my food had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, he just shrugged. It's disappointing, as the place used to be great 5 years ago. I won't be returning.

I tried a burger from this place and it was awful. I ordered inside and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, so I waited outside. However, it took longer than expected, but that's not a big deal. The burger arrived cold, with a soggy bun and cold meat. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my last visit has left me feeling disappointed. The fries I ordered were unseasoned and soggy, and the buffalo wings lacked enough sauce, tasting like plain chicken. The Mac and cheese bites were also disappointing, as the outside was hot and cooked, but the inside was cold. Considering the high prices, it's a shame that the food quality has declined. I didn't want to return to complain, so I'm sharing my experience here instead.
