The market in Montauk Harbor carries everything I could need for a delicious, healthy dinner or lunch for my family. It is so great to find organic decisions in Montauk that cost no arm and leg. And free delivery! Super friendly and efficient staff also.

Small place with an amazing selection and really nice people who work there. Your breakfast combinations are delicious and cheap, not everything comes with toast, so if you want to load on some strength, make sure to it as well as butter. The California Platter was fresh and healthy, Avocado was also used at the peak of maturity. Her 2 egg special with Homefries was amazing, the Homefries with the perfect texture and taste. Their sandwiches are also amazing for the price, their Home Roastbeef is tender and the vegetables in are with freshness, the tomatoes were a beautiful ruby red and bursting with juices.

Montauk is expensive. This place has almost everything, and it is in something a low-key location-not sure of hours, but definitely better than up to 7-11.

Great place for lunch or breakfast of pancakes or waffles with the best tasting maple syrup right from the Catskill mountains! YUMMY!
