Dom João - Montalegre

Before going, we read the good reviews and trust them. Friendly welcome and at the end we were satisfied for the good food and wine. Since we expected to eat the large portions they usually use to serve, we kindly asked if we could take away what it remained. The answer of the owner: sorry but in this place Clients eat everything they order. Yes, but we paid for it! The true: they are not organized for take away food. What a pity! Other restaurants in Montalegre did it without any kind of problems.

Joao is a very friendly owner who treated us like at home. We eat very good food at an awesome price. The meat quality was very good.

Atendimento Simples, Simpático, e a comida simplesmente fantástica.

Uma excelente refeição, muito saborosa, o presunto como se exige nesta região, a vitela estava deliciosa a acompanhar o arroz de presunto, a repetir.

Petit restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine, mais on y mange très bien.
