Bidra med feedbackWe went back to Watershed with high hopes, as we had a great brunch there a few months prior. This time, dinner was not so great. First, they were out of the wine we ordered. The avocado salad appetizer was fine, and the short rib ravioli was decent. The tamarind chicken was a huge disappointment. It tasted fine just fine) but looked awful. Like microwave dinner level boring. At that price point $30 for the entree) I expected something better. The jasmine rice was more like clumpy wet sticky rice, and the chicken was itty bitty pieces coated in a basic brown sauce. It was literally the most basic chicken and rice that you make at home when you are feeling uninspired to cook. I will give Watershed another try in a few months, but they really need to consider leveling up certain things.
Friendly staff and an innovative menu. The location, overlooking the river is beautiful. There are steep stairs down to the entrance.
Fine dining without the crazy pricing. We love the rustic water-side space, is even more fun with fine weather so you can eat outside. Food was really nice, we'll presented, not too large nor too little. Service was lively. Only minor ding was the chocolate raspberry mousse cake was a bit dry and grainy, obviously not done by the restaurant.
The fish tacos were amazing. I will definitely be getting them again.
The outdoor seating here is super cute. It has a little waterfall so it's like you're in nature. We tried the fish tacos, mushroom ravioli and butternut squash ravioli. Everything was very delicious and filling. Our waitress was also very sweet.
