First experience on February 29, 2024 (lunch for 2 people) Smiling welcome, very pleasant. Excellent and (very) hearty Landaise garbure! Lamb shank cooked at low temperature: excellent, a treat, and always hearty. Excellent and still hearty lean roast steak. Even the coffee is hot and excellent!
