The Boulevard Food Store - MONT ALBERT

Our coffee came fast and beautiful, and we are pleasantly surprised that if we have ordered a rub to share, they are so attentive to use the sandwich in 2 plates.

We went there for coffee cakes, but not much of a series of them available. coffee was in order, but expensive for an ordinary tasting little bite of muddy cake. service was friendly request. I would perhaps come back to try their cooked meals in the winter, as it is quite nice to sit inside. also sitting in the open.

Boulevard food store has tempted me for months with its changing weekly menu on the ig so that I immersed in her invite to pick up a finished meal for the Friday evening. lots of space for social distancing and really very nice in the inner. I chose the northern thai chickencurry but was somehow hoping that the massive family chicken pies were on camp, but unfortunately they had sold out. we had to share the curry with jasminreis and broth from others. overall I was disappointed with the taste of the curry. it was much too mild for my lust, and I think it was lacking in basic spice or development in taste. Very nice little caffe in the quiet suburbs, service was a little disappointing, there was lack of greeting or information round when it was table or anti-service and eating was in order for melbourne standard. I don't think it was a very good example for their normal standard, and I would return because they have promising potential.

Loved sitting outside in the sun. Really enjoyed the baked cheese cake.
