Freshest Sashimi in Melbourne and it was a delivery order I've ordered from @kitchenmi_melbourne several times already delivery order everytime! and they've never once disappointed me.In a different league altogether compared to other chain sushi joints most of the dine in sushi resaturants around the city.And it's not even that much more expensive. Considering the quality you get? Definitely a bargain just check out their platters on insta! Ridiculously fresh beautifully deboned sashimi none of the tasteless chewy texture you get from fish tendon/ligaments. Plus, they don't cheap out on ingredients large, fresh pieces everytime! It's obvious that 1 these guys know what they are doing, 2 they put a lot of effort into every plate they serve.I actually checked out their first post on Instagram and seems like they've been pumping out the same fresh, high quality sashimi since April 2018. They remained true to the game even after all these years. Just wow! Mad props to the owners! A few more GREAT things to add: Freshly grated wasabi! None of those watery, oddly spicy wasabi sachets possibly home made soy sauce? Tasted less salty, more aromatic Offers rare sashimi cuts! Not just basicass salmon/tuna $5 delivery fee I live in CBD! Like how?! Friendly, Attentive StaffOnce in awhile, they also give you fish remainings for you to make maeun tang with! Excellent contrast to fresh sashimi/sushi. We had delivered some sashimi and nitrili plates on the other day andomg it was amazinglegit the best sashimi I had, are super damp and fresh! the nitriri had such a generous disc fish on top in the schookd somehow would recommend this to all u sashimi/sushi lovers! I also recently got her sashimi and nigiri platter $55) and it was such a delicious tasty bite. I legit think they have one of the best and freshest sashimi/nigiri in melbourne! follow more! xx

I have never experienced nigiri with so generous portions of fish. everything is made fresh, the price is really good, as the size and taste are not deceived by its rather simple shop, that is the best sushi I had at this price.
