Kapao By Wok Tov - Monsey

I've been taking out from Kapao every so often, and we like the food. It's usually tasty. However, i did notice that anytime it gets busy, like before Pesach or holiday season, they simply lose control of the entire process. Food would lack flavor (and i know how it usually tastes), and things are missing from the order altogether. Honestly, it's my own fault because it's the third time happening to me, and i should have known . But when i called to complain and expected a refund for the missing items, they told me to come back to get it (20-minute drive), or they will put a note on my account so i can get it next time.. What account, lol , they dont track it, and when i enquire about it the next time, they have no clue what i want from them...

Checked out this Chinese restaurant and the food was pretty tasty. But what stood out was how genuinely nice the staff were—they went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even giving us some extra food. Their kindness definitely made the visit worthwhile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
