Chipotle Mexican Grill - Monrovia

Ordered a quesadilla and got a "burrito-like" item instead. There is no cheese. The tortilla is not grilled. Rather than a quesadilla I received a half-folded raw tortilla (not even rolled like a true burrito! with my selected sides piled inside (instead of separated into individual sections of the quesadilla plate as the menu images show . Im honestly not sure what to call this thing!

We love chipotle and order from them often with little to zero problem. This particular order was HORRIBLE! The meat used was almost all fat and gristle. We had to spit more meat out than we could actually eat. On top of that, there was a huge chunk of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there be meat in the queso dip? Very poorly prepared and very poor quality on this order. Will be rethinking ordering from chipotle again.

To Whomever packed my Burrito Bowl, bless your soul. I love when ingredients are packed to the brim! Everything is fresh and delish, thank you!

The rice was completely uncooked in my burrito bowl. It was crunchy, hard and totally inedible. The rice is the total base of the entree so needless to say way overpriced for something that went straight into the trash. So dissappointing because I order this all the time at other Chipotles and this has never happened.

I just left this chipotle from making an order for my daughter. She tells me the lettuce taste like salt. I?ll text the lettuce in a completely taste like soap I?m trying to call the store they telling me to go back to the website and do my complaint,which is inconvenient because I?m already on the freeway
