Bidra med feedbackThe reservation was for 19 clock, we do not have space until 745. eating was terrible, some undercooked and some overcooked. the waiter did his best to take care of us.
I made a priority seating with open table, but when we arrived, the restaurant was not open for dine, only takeout. Why do they take the reservations if they are not open?
My man was disappointed by the garnel he received. he said the garnels were very small, not very tasty. Otherwise, the service was great that we sat in an empty area that he was delighted to take care of the spread of covid.
This is the worst Red Lobster I ever visited. It took 10 minutes to get the table, with a open table reservation, and this was at 4:45 PM. I can't imagine it at prime time. The waitress was horrible. We had to keep asking for silverware, etc. She was extremely inattentive. I was not given open table credit for my visit to this restaurant and when I called the manager stated that the staff made a mistake and stated we did not attend. He told me he could not fix this and requested me to make another reservation so he could approve it. I would not be visiting this Red Lobster again and I do not encourage anyone to eat there.
Long wait to get seated even though we had open table reservation. We watched the waiting room empty 2 times but guess that’s our fault for having 5. Once we sat down we had great service.
