Vazzy's Osteria - Monroe

We have been here twice, and twice they have gone above and beyond. We have been in town almost 4 years and thankfully can say that we have found our spot. The food is phenomenal and the drinks are spirited but it?s the patio that is fun. You would think that it would feel like you are in a parking lot, but it absolutely doesn?t. The constant at this establishment is the service, the best in town.

A great time at Vazzy's as usual. The staff was wonderful and attentive, and even gave us a military discount which we deeply appreciated. Excited to come back for more pizza!

Honestly I wanted to cater from another place but it did not go through. So a family member suggested this place since it was in the area. I had a party for my son, he graduated from high school and he's going away for the Marines so it really meant alot to our family. I was not very happy with the catering. I ordered full trays of meatballs, chicken tenders, sausage and peppers, penne Ala Vodka , and Lasagna. I must say the chicken tenders and meatballs were really good. But everything else was ok. The Lasagna we didn't even eat for dinner because it was under cooked and we were so hungry we didn't want to wait to put it in the oven for another 20 minutes. I paid 80 dollars for a full tray of Lasagna that was not even cooked correctly. It upsets me because that's alot of money. I paid over 450 dollars for catering and everything should have been amazing. The food was average as was the service. I would not recommend this place for catering and I will never return.

Best Italian restaurant in all CT! The food is very delicious. The interior is beautiful. There is a bar and TVs to watch sports. There are outdoor seating. Without a doubt, this is a great restaurant to go!
