Starbucks - Monroe

No idea who manages this business now, but parts are gone. none of my coffee saucers is ever full and I usually have to ask them to fill up. friendly service the most time.

This location is very hit and miss. Sometimes I have a good experience where my drinks are made correctly in a timely manner, and other times I wait in the lobby for twenty to thirty minutes because they forgot to make our order but don't want to admit it. Seems preference in terms of labor is given to drive thru.

Didn't get the size right but could be my fault for saying large instead of the word they prefer....Venti

Everytime I get coffee here it's cold! I went there yesterday and it appeared someone's kid was working behind the counter! They had no Pike place roast ! I go here on some Saturdays and every single time the coffee is Luke warm at best! Cold by the time I drink it.. Terrible place .. the other Starbucks is so much better. This one sucks!!
