Fuji Hibachi Sushi - Monroe

Really a great place to eat. I've never had this much fun eating like ever. Very entertaining getting the hibachi dinner. The chef was very nice and humorous. Food tasted great. It was my daughters birthday and they played a special bday song, sang to them and they also had ice cream included. The atmosphere is really nice. I didn't feel like I was in Monroe. It felt far away. Great friendly service from all the hosts as well. I'd come back here again for sure.

Waiter was amazing and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, he even brought me out a cake, candle and sung me happy Birthday for a surprise! I suggest the beers and the sushi and sushimie boat!! Delicious and filling! They also have tables with the Hibachi grills where the food is cooked in front of you.. Normal plates start at $12.99 and up. Save your money up and go for a special adventure with many new experiences to try. We had a great time! Well worth the money.

My husband and I tried Fuji on Wednesday afternoon and it did not disappoint! We have never had habatchi and I've only had sushi a handful of times but everything was delicious. They also personalized the California roll for me and that too was delicious! We will definitely be back. Our waitor Simon was fantastic! He didn't judge our large amounts of food (so we could try new things) and several drinks in the middle of the day! He made sure we were well taken care of. We don't get out much away from the kids and we had a wonderful time here.

Amazing staff and sushi rolls!!!! We get take out often! Best sushi of anywhere we have ever been and we travel often and the best prices around!!

First time visit great food and service. One side of restaurant is for regular dining and the other side has hibachi dining. There is a vast selection of sushi. I dried the shrimp tempura sushi roll and it was so fresh and tasty. I tried my sister's breaded fried soft shell crab. It was crisp, flavorful and sauces were so good. Hibachi did not disappoint. All the ingredients were super fresh and nice size portions. If I lived closer to this establishment, I'd come often, but I hope to visit again for a special occasion.
