Gold Star Chili - Monroe

Huge fan of Gold Star. I had a low carb bowl which is the best of both worlds for me. The service was friendly and the meal was outstanding. My favorite Gold Star.

I am vegan. This is the first time I am trying this restaurant. I LOVE this spot. I decided to try the : Spaghetti noodles with the vegan chili. Amazing ! The chilli has wonderful flavor and it's gotta bit of a kick. I would recommend adding chopped onions as well for texture. I as well ordered fries. They arrived fresh and hot. They are crinkle cut. I added salt because theirs were not too salty which is nice. The waiter was super nice. The meal was Regular 2 way $5.79 Fries $2.49 Total 8.86 Enough leftover for later. I would highly recommend.

PPE and social distancing practiced. I was the only one in the restaurant. Waiter was attentive, friendly and professional. Food was a delight! Veggie chili 4 way was delicious! Saw it on a billboard and the reality of it was fulfilled. Thumbs high!

Great place to eat. The were not very busy today. Very friendly staff and the food came out hot and tasty. There were no dirty tables and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Very clean operation. I like the taste of Skyline Chilli a tad bit better

I like Gold Star Cheese Coneys better than Skyline, but Skyline's 4 Way is better.
