Bidra med feedbackVery poor service. We went there on the recommendation of our hotel that made a booking. Made us wait for 45 min with several empty tables. The waiter showed up once and never saw him for 2 hr after. He was busy taking care of Italian customers. Orders delivered very late. Food was average.
Just got in town and found this gem. Beautiful courtyard setting. Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Food was excellent. Mostly seafood. The chefs special ravioli with burrata and shrimp was outstanding as was the gnochetti with guanicale, burrata and truffles. Potato crusted branzino was good, but the fish was over powered by the potato crust. Highly recommend.
We pre-booked a family dinner for five of us outside for 8pm on a Wednesday evening. In short, we would all quite happily revisit as the food is excellent, but our experience wasn't perfect. It took too long to take our order, for example. Then we realised we had already been there just over an hour and had only just finished out starter! Then it took 20 minutes for those plates to be cleared. Timings did improve thereafter. The restaurant just felt a little short-staffed. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, making some useful suggestions about what we might like to try. In summary, this place is well worth a visit providing you are not in a hurry, as the food is really enjoyable and of a high standard. [hidden link]
Great food and service. Varied menu, but mostly meat and fish main course. (Vegetarian primi and secondi). Gf Pasta, bread.
Great food and service, knowledgeable about celiac disease, cross-contamination etc. Double check when ordering because a menu item said gluten-free and if I asked about it, the waiter said it has 5% gluten, so it is not okay for celiac. I wish the menus didn't mark things GF that aren't GF, but I'm used to it so far! Always check.
