Wendy's - Monongalia County

This store was being cleaned when I stopped here. I ordered the Apple Cranberry Chicken Salad small fry. The salad was wonderful as usual but could use more pecans. My only issue was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom handicapped stall.

The woman with the bun was very very nice she talked to her little girl and made her feel special, I thought she went over and above what is expected of any employee.

Had the bacon burbon cheeseburger wit sweet tea. It was ok. Well tea sucked lol. And the Wendy's mobile app wouldn't work. But turned out to be a ok lunch. Workers was very polite came to our table to check on us

I am a full time employee and I absolutely love the staff we have and the customers are almost always happy an polite. We work our butts off everyday to make sure y'all are totally satisfied an keep coming back. On behalf of Wendy's I thank yall for your positive feedback and comments

Had to write a review. Today I got a number 1 with a diet coke. The fries were on point!! Burger was put together well and diet coke had that nice fizzy bite to it. Customer service was quick and polite. I will have to be honest, this is a polar opposite experience from what hubby and I are used to. Over the years we have driven through this location and have had very disappointing experiences. We typically try to give the benefit of the doubt and circle back around later on in the future but every time staff was unkind, food was mushed together, fries were cold and old tastings and the wait in line was not worth it. However, something must have changed! I was in a rush to get to work and needed a quick lunch. As I drove off I tried the fries and was like oh snap! These are actually fresh and taste amazing Must be new management or staff. Keep up the great work yall!
