Simply cannot believe the food at this place, top restaurant quality. Lovely atmosphere. Hidden gem

Stopped for lunch during a 10 mile circular walk from St Arvans. Surprisingly no other customers when the four of us arrived, but a great welcome. Excellent range of draught beers and ciders. We each chose a different dish from the Starters menu all very well presented, generous portions. Excellent food. Highly recommended

The food at this restaurant was amazing. The vegetarian lasagna was delicious, and the fish and chips had a lovely, crispy batter. The desserts were a must-try, with generous portions. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes on the menu.

Was recommended this pub by a friend and though we would try it out one afternoon. What a lovely place, quant, cosy and a true feel of what a pub should be. Enjoyed our visit so much we have requested a table for Christmas Day. Thoroughly recommend. Very reasonably priced also.

Beautiful, lovely staff, excellent food friendly locals perfect . They had evening local musicians and the atmosphere was truly amazing
