Bidra med feedbackStayed overnight while hill walking decided to get food which was perfectly cooked decent selection of drinks also. Lovely atmosphere.Fantastic views. We had a strange thing happen around was around 2 am when the t.v turned on and fell off the wall which was odd as it was on a bracket not sure how secure, then a strong smell of someone smoking not sure if it was from another room and definitely not from outside as the windows was closed due to winter time.Me and my wife decided to leave as something this full on happened. I never believed in paranormal stuff but this incident really scared the both of us.The landlord was very understanding and I'm sorry for the early morning retreat.
This restaurant is the oldest pub in Wales, with a unique blend of dated and modern decor that I love. The drive to get there was scenic and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was bustling. It's a wonderful little getaway. However, despite its charm, there are some drawbacks to the place. Nonetheless, it is still worth a visit. I would give it a fair rating of 3 stars.
This restaurant is full of charm and has a warm atmosphere with a great selection of traditional pub food. The homemade steak and ale pie is a standout dish that you must try. It also offers great value for money. I would give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
Log fire, cosy atmosphere just before the fell race.
This charming old pub has a fantastic atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food is also excellent. It's definitely worth a visit!
